Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 runs on latest Android 3.1 Honeycomb with the freedom of TouchWiz UI. At 8.6mm this is perhaps one of the thinnest light and quick tablet Samsung has launched in the market. It comes packed with a dual core T250S 1 GHz processor and boast of 8.9 inch WXGA TFT display having 1280 X 800 pixel resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 also has a 3MP rear camera with auto-focus and flash. The 2MP user facing front facing camera facilitates video chatting. It can record video in 1080p HD and playback HD content. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has internal memory storage capability of 16 GB and 32 GB memory with facility of expandable storage up to 32 GB. For connectivity purpose it has Bluetooth v 3, USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 features. The New Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 is fully packed with Samsung entertainment software, including its Readers Hub, Music Hub, Media Hub and Social Hub. All these tools are pre-installed to give the users a good range of access to content, eBooks, movies, music and much more. The value added features in this includes Google Talk, Google Map and Google Mobile Services. Some other interesting features include AllShare for passing multimedia contents, Polaris Office for productivity needs, Swype software for easier on-screen typing and support for mobile printing.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 price is slightly cheaper than the other tablets in this range and its going to be really competitive. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 price falls in high-end category due to its awesome and latest features.
